The 4A’s Talent@2030 Conference aims to help attendees determine a new way forward that puts humanity, social justice and a values-driven business at the core in the age of a disrupted workplace.
The organization wanted a unique identity system for the event, that had a vibrant and humanistic element. I used a gradient of pink, purple, and blue to address the need for vibrancy, and pulled from diverse images from past 4A’s events to not only bring in a humanistic element, but reiterate the 4A’s mission to attendees. The system was carried across social, digital, print collateral, and signage.
SOCIAL STRATEGY + CREATIVE
A strategy for social amplification, post, during and after the event was created as well as a collection of templates for the 4A's marketing team to implement.
