In 2016 I collaborated with ADCOLOR to develop a creative strategy and executions for the FUTURES Program. I developed a plan and designed all pieces, from application intake, to on-site execution. 

To increase application numbers, I created a campaign that gave detailed instructions on the application process, and incorporated alumni’s feedback on the program to build excitement. As a 2014 alum, I leaned on my knowledge and experience with the program, as well as the feedback from my colleagues along the years.
